Built by Laser Makers, for Laser Sellers

We Built the Box We Wished We Had

Laser Loot Box was created by Kim and Garrett from Kim and Garrett Make It to help laser owners explore new products without buying unfamiliar blanks by the case, developing every file from scratch, or beginning every test with a blank screen.

Real Shop Testing Products are tested on equipment we actually use.
Files Every Month Exclusive designs are a core part of every mission.
Commercial Use Sell the finished physical products you create.
Business Focus Each mission is built around a product opportunity.

Our Shop Is Where the Mission Starts

We spend our days creating products, testing equipment, teaching laser makers, and running a working production shop. We also know the less glamorous side of product development: confusing material claims, expensive case quantities, wasted tests, abandoned ideas, and shelves full of products that looked much better online.

New laser owners often wonder what to make next. Established sellers face a different version of the same problem. They need fresh products and new customer opportunities without constantly gambling on large quantities of unfamiliar inventory.

Laser Loot Box gives both groups a more structured way to explore. Every month, we choose a focused product niche, source a coordinated assortment, create exclusive files, test the products, and document what we learn.

We do not choose products simply because they can be lasered. They also need to spark useful ideas for retail, gifts, events, personalization, or business customers.
Why Laser Loot Box Exists

Product Development Should Lead Somewhere

Testing a random material sample may be interesting. Testing a coordinated group of products with matching files, starting settings, and a clear customer opportunity is much more useful.

01

Try Before You Buy Deep

Explore a product category in smaller quantities before investing in cases, bulk packs, or permanent inventory.

02

Start with Better Information

Use tested starting settings, compatibility notes, and real observations instead of beginning with blind guesses.

03

Skip the Empty Canvas

Receive exclusive digital files created for the monthly theme and the products included in the mission.

04

Think Beyond One Project

Consider bundles, personalization, craft-show products, customer gifts, custom orders, and B2B applications.

05

Keep What Works

Identify the products, techniques, and customer ideas that deserve a place in your permanent catalog.

06

Leave the Rest Behind

Not every idea needs to become a listing. Discovering what is not right for your business is useful too.

Behind Every Mission

How We Build a Laser Loot Box

A mission is not assembled by tossing unrelated samples into a box and hoping inspiration strikes. Each one follows a deliberate development process.

STEP 01

Choose the Niche

We begin with a customer, occasion, product category, or sales opportunity worth exploring.

STEP 02

Source the Collection

We select products, materials, accessories, or components that support the same monthly theme.

STEP 03

Create the Files

We develop exclusive digital designs intended to work with the mission and its physical products.

STEP 04

Test and Document

We record equipment, settings, results, compatibility observations, and lessons from the process.

STEP 05

Build the Briefing

We connect the products to project ideas, bundles, retail uses, and potential business customers.

What We Believe

The Principles Behind the Box

These are the standards we use when deciding what belongs in a mission and how we talk about the results.

01

Testing Should Lead Somewhere

A material or product becomes more useful when it is connected to something customers may actually want to buy.

02

Settings Should Be Honest

We provide tested starting points, not impossible promises that every laser, lens, focus, and material batch will behave identically.

03

Files Should Fit the Mission

Exclusive files are included every month and are created to support the theme, products, and techniques being explored.

04

Commercial Use Should Be Clear

Subscribers may create and sell finished physical products using the included files. The digital files themselves remain protected from sharing and resale.

05

A Good Box Should Expand Your Thinking

The best result may be a new listing, a stronger technique, a B2B idea, or the confidence to stop investing in a product that is not right for your business.

A Note About Testing

Better Starting Information, Not Magic Numbers

We test products using equipment available in our working shop and share the machine, settings, and results we observed. That gives you a more informed place to begin.

It does not replace testing on your own equipment. Actual output, calibration, lens condition, focus, maintenance, air assist, ventilation, and differences between material batches can all affect the result.

We help reduce blind guessing. We do not pretend every machine behaves exactly the same.

Who We Built It For

For Laser Owners Ready to Make Something New

Laser Loot Box is built primarily for makers who already sell products or want to begin building a product-based business.

You Will Probably Love It If…

  • You want fresh products without buying unfamiliar blanks in bulk.
  • You value files created for the products and monthly theme.
  • You want retail, gifting, event, and B2B inspiration.
  • You are willing to run a small test before production.
  • You enjoy learning new materials, products, and processes.
  • You want to decide what is worth adding to your business.

What We Will Never Promise

  • That every product will work with every laser type.
  • That one setting will produce identical results everywhere.
  • That every mission will become part of your permanent catalog.
  • That a box automatically creates profit without your effort.
  • That you can safely process a material without checking compatibility.
  • That product development never includes a little experimentation.
