Use the Jig for Repeatable Tee Engraving
Use the 3D-printed golf tee engraving jig to hold tees consistently, reduce setup time, and create repeatable add-on products for gift sets, tournaments, events, and custom orders.

Jig Safety
- Keep the beam on the tee, not the jig.
- Confirm the jig is stable and does not rock.
- Never process the jig material intentionally unless you know it is laser-safe.

BASELINE PROTOCOL
Engrave the Tees
Inspect the jig
Confirm the tees seat consistently and the engraving zone is visible. Remove debris that could change height or rotation.
Load one tee
Start with a single tee rather than a full batch. Confirm where the design lands before committing all ten.
Align the artwork
Use a small rectangle, centerline, or framing mark in your file to confirm the tee is positioned under the design.
Test at low risk
Run the smallest readable mark first. Check burn depth, contrast, smoke staining, and whether the tee moves.
Adjust and repeat
Make one adjustment at a time. Record what changed so you can repeat the successful result later.
Batch engrave
Once the first tee works, load the remaining tees consistently and run the batch without changing jig placement.
Package the set
Group tees in sets for golf gift bundles, tournament favors, bachelor parties, or add-on purchases.
