  • Acrylic Synthesis: Utilize low topside airflow for flame-polished edges; monitor underside for thermal risk.

  • Experimental Variance: All materials are subject to chemical variance. Perform test calibrations before full production.
📌 Pro Tips:
  • Airflow: Increasing airflow allows for faster cutting in wood and density boards.
  • Acrylic: Use low airflow on top to ensure smoothness; use bottom airflow to prevent fire risk.
  • Metal: Engraving values are for coated/anodized surfaces. Cutting Stainless Steel (1.5mm) on 130W+ requires oxygen assistance.
